1. The service

Easy Quit Vape is an iPhone app for recording vape-free progress, estimated savings, personal reasons, cravings, milestones, and past attempts. It is designed for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Not medical advice

Easy Quit Vape provides motivational tracking and general information only. It is not a medical device, diagnosis, treatment, cessation program, or substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Seek professional or emergency help when appropriate.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to accept these Terms under the law where you live, to use the app.

4. Subscriptions

• A subscription is required to access the app after setup.
• Payment is charged to your App Store account when you confirm a purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your App Store account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription from your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies.

5. Your content and device data

You are responsible for the personal reasons, notes, dates, and other information you enter. The app is local-first; keeping your device secure and maintaining any desired device backup is your responsibility. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, use it unlawfully, or redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit it except where applicable law expressly permits.

7. Intellectual property

The app, website, design, code, branding, and supplied content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app.

8. Availability and estimates

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Vape-free time, savings, milestones, and projections depend on the information you enter and are estimates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular quitting outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Apple-specific terms

Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the applicable provisions.
